These terms govern your use of gregshotsmoked.com and any orders placed through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell hand-smoked seafood and free range chicken. All products contain animal proteins and are not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets. See our Allergens & Storage page for full allergen and food safety information.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

• Delivery is available to Gold Coast postcodes 4207 to 4228 only.
• $15 flat delivery fee per order.
• Orders are smoked to order. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery time once your order is ready.
• All orders are delivered in chilled, food-safe packaging.

Returns and refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed product.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

You have rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before smoking begins (usually within 12 hours of order placement) for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible.

Food safety and liability

We follow Queensland food safety standards. Once your order is delivered, you are responsible for following the storage and consumption guidelines provided on the Allergens & Storage page. We are not liable for loss arising from improper storage or consumption.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at gregshotsmoked.com/terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date.
